Summary: We had issues since the check-in. The booked room, a junior suite, what's not available. They gave us a regular bedroom however they intended to keep the original junior suite room rate which was significantly more. We had to protest. They promised us the suite the next day. We waited the entire day. About 6pm, they finally said sorry, no room. We had to protest. They did corrected the rate for the room we had to stay in and gave us some hotel credits. We requested extra pillows, two separate times, nothing. We requested refreshing the bathroom towels, first time ignored, second time just a stack of face towels, third time (last day) we got fresh towels. Positives: location, golf, waterpark, bar, available parking, spa and gym.
