Positive: Everything was great! Customer service was polite and helpful. We were greeted with smiles. The breakfast was hot and stayed well stocked, even with the large crowd. The shuttle was on time and clean.I would definitely recommend this hotel and plan on coming back in a few months.

Negative: My only complaint,and it's not that big of a deal for me, was the neighborhood around the hotel was a little rough. However, I felt completely safe inside the hotel! Also their location is right across the street from Busch Gardens, so I get it.
