Summary: Great place and super convenient to Nederland and many hiking trails. We visited the Rocky National Park and hiked 7 trails while staying here. Walking distance to downtown Nederland. The house is very spacious and on a dead end street and very quiet. Plenty of room to spread out. Grill is charcoal in case you want to grill. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Great place, will be back.
