Enter our 40 acre Orchard Manor through a private gate leading atop the rolling hills of an apple orchard to the magnificent 19 room custom built estate. The home is designed for entertaining with expansive views, tennis courts, basketball, heated pool, lower level game center with movie theatre and fitness center. Take a walk through the orchard and find the perfect apples for picking or work up a sweat on the tennis courts. Spend sunsets on the front porch with unobstructed views.
This five bedroom home has an open floor plan with high ceilings, family room with stone fireplace adjacent to the gourmet eat-in kitchen. Along side is a formal dining room and living all with views of the horizon. The upstairs contains 4 bedrooms with an additional kitchen and the lower level is an entertainers heaven. Pool table, ping pong, skee ball, poker, full bar area and the movie theatre room. 12,000+ square feet of living!

Summary: Our family loved our stay at this wonderful property. As it happens, the combination of single and queen bed accommodations fit us perfectly. The beds on offer are well described in the listing, so be sure you pay attention to what is offered versus your needs.The game room and the pool provided lots of fun for the family. Every member of my family voted for this property as one worth returning to.A review my wife read complained about the property being “tired.” I think that is unfair. It is true that a few things are not working properly, but in a property this size, they’re bound to be things that aren’t quite right which need to be brought to the attention of the owner/caretaker. If they don’t know, they can’t fix it. Just as an example, the exhaust fan on the stove did not work. Big deal! This is a fabulous property.Don’t miss the sum sets from the balcony!!
