Positive: The size of the unit 410 was great. The view off the balcony was awesome full ocean view. They even brought us extra beach towels. Love that it is right on the beach.wagon with chairs,toys, popup tent. 2 coolers 1 small 1 large. Straw plastic cups for beach. They had everything. There was an ice cream boat come right up to shore you know like the ice cream trucks that come to the neighborhood but it was a boat so freaking cute. The Ringling house and museums well worth it. In the meany mini donuts 2 seconds up the road is amazing

Negative: Don't know if they control it but a company set up a private rental chair area right in front of condo on beach. Had to go on the other side of their setup unless you wanted to rent. WiFi in the unit went out 1 night 7pm the next day, so no TV or Internet. I liked the answer right away when notified about WiFi even though it would not be addressed until the next morning.
