Summary: We did not stay at the property because of our flight was delayed from and we couldn't check in later then the check in time at the property. We had send e-mail and what's up regarding this matter but just got "Non possible" back on the arrival day Don't make a reservation in this place if you are not sure if you will get there with in the Check in time!
