Located at the entrance of Falls Park in the Historic West End. 2 Private parking spots, walk to everything downtown. Patio furniture & grill for enjoying back patio.
We have a unique 13 unit Townhome complex that is phenomenally situated in the heart of the West End, steps from it all! There are 2 dedicated parking spots directly in front of the unit as well as pet areas on property. We are located at the entrance to Falls Park & the Swamp Rabbit Trail, and also steps to Main Street and all of its Restaurants & Shopping.
LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Close and convenient to everything, you can literally park your car and not have to drive again your entire trip. Summary: This property has the perfect location: one block from Main Street, Steps to Falls Park and connecting to Cleveland Park, convenient to Augusta Road, and Fluor Field. Very clean. It's an end unit so quiet. Would be my first choice in Greenville every time.
