Each suite features a private entrance and can be easily accessed either via the internal staircase or by the elevator that directly connects the covered parking area on the basement level.

- Suite 1: this is the largest and most refined unit of the villa. It features 2 elegant double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom (with shower). The suite also offers a bright and welcoming open-plan living area with a sofa, fireplace, and tv, opening onto wraparound terraces. Here, a spacious outdoor area invites al fresco dining, complete with a barbecue for unforgettable gatherings. The state-of-the-art kitchen is fully equipped.
