Positive: Great location for children, safe to let them run and walk around alone. Easy access, close to Imperia center. Very cool indoor swiming pool. Beautiful view from eveywhere. You see the motorway - but even that looks nice!

Negative: Area around the pool was dirty, plenty of used plasters, nobody checkthe toilets there for 3 days we were there, I know because there was no toilet paper for those 3 days...In the room, overall cleaness is very poor, the kitchen is very badly eqiped for example - no bottle opener, no chopping board, no cleaning products, no SPONGE for the sink. If you don't provide it - tell your guests. Fecilities like basketball - 3 out of 4 balls to play are broken/ no air. Mini golf is really run down, you can't play it. This place lack of love, attention. In the restaurant - nobody clean the table until we leave, which meant we eat desserts, but our dirty plates from mains are still on the table. Waiter pass by, looks at us, he is not busy at all, doesn't pick anything.

Summary: The kids loved it of course, but we will not be back.
