Upon entering the home, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room with hardwood floors and office area. - Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am so as to not disturb the tenants on the lower level
- Please remove your shoes upon entering due to the hardwood floors.
- We do not allow parties or events.
- Please make sure the number of guests on your reservation is accurate.
- ALL smoking must be done outside. Please do not cover or disable the smoke detectors. There is a $100 violation fee.
- To avoid any insects please don't leave food out overnight.
- Any pet other than a dog must be approved in advance.
