Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the room rate. Daily servicing and mid stay cleaning are also not included in the rates but are available on request and at extra charge. Please note that there is a 2.75% charge when you pay with a credit card. Full payment is required prior to gaining access to your apartment.
